Accident Adjust Reason

The Accident Adjust Reason frame allows you to create and define a list of codes used on the Accident Entry frame when making adjustments to finalized accidents.

How to:

Create an Adjust Reason Code

1. Enter an Adjust Reason. Limited to four characters.
2. Enter a Description. Limited to 50 characters.
3. Select SAVE.

Disable an Adjust Reason Code

1. Select the code to disable.
2. Select the Disabled checkbox.
3. Select SAVE.

Delete an Adjust Reason Code

1. Select the code to delete.
2. Select the Delete option. The Description field highlights red.
3. Select SAVE.
