Accident Category

The Accident Category frame allows you to create and maintain a list of accident category codes for use on the Accident Entry frame.

 

You can implement Accident Category codes on the Accident Entry frame using Screen Designer within the Key Block Accident Information control. The codes define the category of the accident when accident details are entered on the Accident Entry frame.

How to:

Create an Accident Category code

  1. Enter a Code in the blank row. Limited to 10 characters.
  2. Enter a Description. Limited to 20 characters.
  3. Select SAVE.

 

Modify an Accident Category

  1. Select the Code to modify.
  2. Enter a new Description.
  3. Select SAVE.

 

Disable an Accident Category

  1. Select the Code to delete.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Select SAVE.

Note: You are unable to delete a code used on other tables in the application.
