The Accident Status Codes frame allows you to create and define codes to use in the Accident module on the Accident Entry frame. Three statuses are hard coded and cannot be deleted: Disables, Final, and New.
To add a new code, enter a unique value in the Status Code field. This field has a limit of 15 alphanumeric characters. Next enter a description in the Description field, which has a limit of 50 alphanumeric characters. When finished, select the SAVE button at the top of the frame to create the new status code.
You can also disable existing codes by selecting the Disabled checkbox in the row of the status you want to disable and selecting the SAVE button at the top of the frame. You can delete existing codes provided they are not in use anywhere else in the system. To delete a code, select the row to make it active. Select he Delete button at the top of the frame, then select SAVE.
