The Standard Job Schedule frame allows you to view standard job history and scheduling information for Units, Departments, and Components.
To view standard job information, you can enter the Unit, Dept, or Component number or double-click in the field to display the List of Values. You will be prompted to select the List of Values for units, departments or components.
After you have entered or selected the number, press tab or enter. The description and Status fields automatically populate and the standard job information will load on the Scheduled Standard Jobs i-frame.
The Interval tab displays interval information for any standard job associated with the unit, department, or component. Each standard job will have its own row on the list.
Source – The level that the standard job is setup, for example, MCC, Tech Spec, or Unit levels.
Job Code – Job code for the standard job.
Location – Default location code for the standard job, if entered..
Name – Name and description of the default location.
A/R – Absolute or Relative standard job.
Earliest Date – Earliest date from the first time criteria for the standard job.
Fuel – Recurring fuel consumption interval.
Time – Recurring time (in days) interval.
Usage – Recurring usage interval.
The History tab displays the Job Last Done Information for each standard job associated with the unit, department, or component.
Job Code – Job code for the standard job.
Date Job Last Done – Last completion date for the standard job.
Time Since Job Last Done – Time (in days) since the job was last completed.
Meter When Job Last Done – Meter reading when the job was last completed.
Last Date Meter Updated – Date meter was last updated.
Meter Since Job Last Done – Usage since the job was last completed.
Fuel Since Job Last Done – Fuel consumption since job was last completed.
Date Job Next Due – Next due date for the standard job.
