The Unit Status History frame is a query frame that allows you to view the unit’s status change from arrival to disposal and all other statuses.
To run the query, enter a Unit number or double-click in the field to select a unit from the List of Values.
You can enter optional filter criteria to define your results:
Filter by Operational Entity and Class - Select the checkbox to filter by the entity and class.
Operational Status - Enter an operational status code or double-click in the field to select from the List of Values. The Disposition Code automatically populates.
Disposition Code - Select from the dropdown if an Operational Status code is not entered. The default is ANY.
Effective Date - Enter an effective date of the status.
Work Order No - Enter a work order number or double-click in the field to select from the List of Values.
After entering your filter criteria, select the Retrieve button. The results display in the Operational Status History i-frame.
Oper Status – Unit status triggered by the action (for example, AVL).
Disp Code - The disposition code of the unit (for example, Available).
Status Description - The status description of the unit (for example, Available).
WO No. - The work order number for the unit, if applicable. The Wo No. link will open the Availability Unit Status window.
Unit No. - The unit number.
Effective Date - The effective date of the unit's status.
Comments - Description the change in the change of status for the unit.
