Equipment Time Sheet

The Equipment Time Sheet frame allows you to collect project-related meter readings so that usage can be billed to Direct Accounts.

 

To enter a meter reading, enter a valid unit number from Unit Main or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV). Press tab or enter. The Unit Information and Unit Main Meter information sections will load automatically and display in read-only format.

 

Meter Information:

 

Effective Date - Enter an effective date for the meter entry.

Meter Start - This field will default to the last valid meter reading for the unit.

Meter End -  Enter the new meter reading, this number cannot be less than the value in the Meter Start field.

Quantity - This field will represent the total usage for the entry (Meter End - Meter Start).

Account Number - Enter a valid Direct Account number that will be billed for usage.

 

Only primary meters can be used and all standard meter validation rules apply. Once the entries have been billed as part of the billing process, they will no longer appear on the equipment time sheet screen.
