Booking Appointment Query

The Booking Appointment Query screen allows you search for and view data related to Booking Appointments. The screen functions much like a standard query screen with a few minor differences. This screen allows you to save your criteria by naming the query and saving. You can then come back to this screen and access your saved query by double clicking in the Query Name field and selecting it from the list of values (LOV).

To run a query, enter in your desired selection criteria in the Selection Criteria section and click the 'Retrieve' button at the bottom right of the section once finished to display your results on the i-frame below.

Each record that matches your search criteria will display the Booking Number (hyperlink to Booking Appointments), Date, Booking Period, Unit No., Booking Reference, Customer, Status, Lead Job Status, WO Number, Promised Date, Created Date, Booking Type, Location, Status Changed, and Source. Records will display in read-only format.

Note: Some Booking Numbers will be highlighted in an amber color. This means there are jobs on the Booking Appointment that do not have a value in the Authorized By field (which is in the Job section on the Booking Appointments screen).

To start a new query, click the 'Clear' button to the left of the 'Retrieve' button to clear your filters. Repeat the process of entering in search criteria and clicking retrieve to display your new results.
