The Booking Date Change Reasons screen allows you to create and maintain codes used to explain why the date for a Booking Appointment was changed. To create a new code, enter a value (up to two alphanumeric characters) in the code field.
Next, enter a description for the new date change reason (up to 30 alphanumeric characters) and then click the 'Save' button at the top of the screen when finished. For example, a date change reason may look something like OB - Overbooked.
To disable a code, check the 'Disabled' flag box next to the code you want to disable, then click 'Save'. You can delete an existing code provided it is not in use anywhere in the system.
