This screen allows you to create and manage symptom and asset class code combinations. You must create these codes first on their respective, separate screens before you can use them here (Symptom Code and Asset Class Code screens).
To create or view a Symptom Asset Class combination enter or select the Symptom code from the LOV. M5 will load any existing associated asset class codes on the i-frame below. Each record displays the Asset Class, Description, Job Reason, Job Code, and Comments (if applicable).
If you want to add an asset class to the symptom code, enter a valid code in the first blank row at the bottom of the i-frame along with the applicable job reason and job code data and any applicable comments/notes.
When finished, click the Save button at the top of the screen to update the record.
To disable a combination, select 'Yes' from the Disabled drop-down in the top section and click Save.
