MCC Copy

The Maintenance Class Code (MCC) Copy frame allows you to create a new MCC by copying an existing MCC. This can be helpful as well as time saving when you want to create a code for a new unit or component based on a standard format for that type of unit or component that may already be setup.

To copy an existing code and create a new one, enter the existing MCC in the Existing MCC section. Then enter a new MCC code in the New MCC section. This field has a limit of eight characters.

Once you have entered the new code, click Save. You will then be redirected to the MCC Main frame. All of the information from the existing MCC will be assigned to the new code you just created.

You can make any necessary changes here. Once you have reviewed the new code and made any necessary changes, click Save to update the record.
