Customer Contract Copy

The Customer Contract Copy frame gives you the ability to easily copy the format of an customer contract and create a new contract based on that format. This can be especially useful if you are creating multiple contracts at once that have the same or similar terms/format.

 

To copy an existing contract, enter the contract number in the Existing Contract field or double click in the field to select the code from the list of values (LOV). Next, enter a Customer Number in the Customer No. field. You can also double click in the field to select on from the LOV. These codes are created and maintained on the Customer Main screen.

 

Finally, enter a Start Date for the contract. The current date will be the default value. When finished, click the 'Save' button at the top of the screen to copy the shift. After saving, the system will redirect you to the Customer Contracts screen where you can make further edits to the newly created customer contract.
