Customer Global Pricing Matrix

The Customer Global Pricing Matrix screen allows you to configure global pricing for Customers to be used with the Booking Appointments Module. If a customer has existing pricing set up via Customer Contracts however, those setting will override these. The settings here will only apply to customers who don't have contracts setup.

 

First, you must enter either a Default Discount % or a Default Markup % in the default values section. You cannot enter both, it must be one or the other. Next, you can enter values in the Parts Matrix, a Default Labor Rate, and values in the Labor Matrix as well. With multiple lines in either the Part Matrix or Labor Matrix, you will notice (after saving your settings) Blue Diamonds in the Change Order column. These allow for drag and drop functionality to change the order of the matrix.
