Equipment Reassign

The Equipment Reassign frame allows you to reassign equipment after it is checked out to a Department, Locations, Employee, Unit, Work Order, or Direct Account.

 

To view a list of currently checked out equipment, you can enter selection criteria in the Equipment Reassign section or just click the Retrieve button at the bottom of the section to view a list of all checked out equipment.

 

Check the Reassign flag in the row of the equipment you want to reassign. This will activate the Reassign To drop down field. Enter a valid Reassign Number based on the Reassign To value. For example, if you select Department, you must enter or select a valid department number.

 

Repeat the same process for any other equipment check outs you want to reassign. When finished, click the Save button at the top of the frame to reassign the equipment.
