The Part List/Disposal frame allows you to view and remove Serialized Parts (or all parts) installed on a Unit or issued to a Department.
In the Search By drop down, select either Unit or Department, then enter a corresponding unit or department number for which you want to view and/or dispose of parts. You can also double-click in the Unit/Department field to select a number from the list of values (LOV).
Using the Search from Date, you can narrow your results further. If you want to view all parts issued to or installed on the entity, check the Show All Items flag box, otherwise the query will only display the Serialized Parts.
Check the Dispose flag in the row of any parts you want to dispose of and remove from the unit/department. Enter a valid Inventory Adjustment Reason in the Reason field. You can also adjust the quantity being disposed, for example if five parts were issued, you might only want to remove three.
When finished, click the 'Save' button at the top of the frame to update the records and dispose of the designated parts from the unit or department.
