The Part Inventory Query frame allows you to search for a particular part number from your Part Main Catalog and view the inventory information
for each location at which the part exists.
To run the query, enter a valid part number in the Part Information section. The Manufacturer, Xrefs, Inventory Unit of Measure, and Description and Extended Part Description will populate automatically.
You can also filter by Location or Location Group in the Location Information Section. If you still want to display results even if the part has a zero quantity on hand, select 'Yes' from the Show if Zero On Hand drop down.
If you want to filter by Department, enter a valid department number or double click in the Department field to select one from the list of values (LOV).
When finished entering your selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to display the list of results.
Each record returns the Department, Location, Bin, Inventory Quantities, Quantity In Transit, Avg. Unit Cost, and Total Cost. The Location field is a link to Part Inventory Location Manager. To view inventory details at the location for the specific part, click that link to open the PILM frame.
If you want to run another query, click the 'Clear' button to clear your filters.
