The Part Request Issue frame opens from the Related Link on the Part Request Handling screen. From here, you can issue parts from part request in a 'Ready' status. The data from the existing part request will populate automatically on this frame.
The Reserve Code and Reserve Reference Number (Direct Account, Indirect Account, Work Order, Unit, Department) along with the job code display in read-only format in the Part Information section.
The Effective Date defaults to the current date but can be changed. Enter a valid employee ID from Employee Main or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV).
Each record on the part request will display the Part Number, Qty, Avail Qty, Unit Cost, Core Cost and Core Charge (if applicable), Extended Cost, Fail Code, Position, Vendor, Inv. No., Ref. No., PO No. and Warranty Terms.
NOTE: Some information will only display if the parts were not available in stock and were ordered via a Purchasing Requisition/Purchase Order.
You can enter/edit the Issue Qty, Core Cost, and Fail Code. When finished entering data/making changes. Click the 'Save' button at the top of the frame to issue the parts.
