The Physical Inventory Enter Count frame allows you to enter the inventory recorded on your count sheets. Note that each of your count sheets are marked with the Phy Inv ID and Page number. You can access this frame via the Physical Inventory Manager during the physical inventory process.
Begin by entering the Employee ID and then the Phy Inv ID - Page number.
The Inventory Location and details of the inventory count will appear. The Page numbers for all the count sheets will appear in the Page links section.
Enter the Date for the counts and, if applicable, select that date to be the default count date on your individual Part Lines below.
Count Entry
The Count Entry tab allows you to view the part information and enter the count quantities on each page of the Physical Inventory. To view a specific page, click on the page link for the document in the Page Links section.
There is a Line for each Part Number. Enter the Quantity Counted and Count Date for each Part Number. The page number squares change color when all the Lines have been entered. Click on save when you are done.
Unresolved Counts
The Unresolved Counts tab will show parts that have a discrepancy between the system count and the physical count. This is similar to the Variance Report on the Physical Inventory Manager.
After entering the counts and resolving any discrepancies on the Unresolved Counts tab, click the 'Save' button at the top of the frame.
System Flags
