The PM Notification Review Manager screen functions similarly to the Interface Reject Manager screen. The top i-frame lists all the notification interface runs. To view a specific run, click in the row to display the Filter Assistance and Interface Reviews i-frames below.
You can use the Filter Assistance to further refine the results on the Interface Reviews i-frame by selecting your criteria and clicking the Search button. You can filter on Work Request Location, Using Department, Operator, Job, Open WO, and Unit Number.
For each record, you can edit the e-mail address of the recipient for the interface review. To send the e-mail, check the Send box and click Save. There is also a Send All option at the bottom of the screen. Initiating the send function will clear the record(s).
