The Markup Scheme Copy frame allows you to create a new Markup Scheme by copying an existing one. This can be useful if you are creating multiple Markup Schemes at one time and also have specific template you want to use for each one.
To copy an existing Markup Scheme, type the number into the Scheme field of the Existing Scheme section or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV). The description will automatically populate.
To copy the dates associated with the scheme, check the Copy All Dates flag. You can also Copy All Reasons associated with the scheme. Otherwise, enter the Effective Date and Job Reason you want to copy.
Next, enter the new Markup Scheme number in the New Scheme section. If you did not select Copy All Dates and/or Copy All Reasons, enter a Job Reason and/or Effective Date. When finished, click the Save button.
