Test Suite Group
The Test Suite Group frame is part of enhanced Test Suite functionality to support use with SmartApps. This frame allows users to assign specific test suites to a group. Once test suites are assigned to a group, they will display under the group header in the application.
Test Suite Groups are managed by role on the SmartApp Maintenance frame to ensure every user will not see the same checklists in the Inspection Checklist application.
To create a Test Suite Group, enter a new group name in the Name field. This field has a limit of 30 characters. Press tab or enter. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to create the new group. Click 'Create' to confirm the action.
After clicking create, all available Test Suites will display in the 'Test Suites not Included' column in the Assigned Test Suites section. To include a Test Suite in the new group, click on the Test Suite you want to include and click the >> button between the two columns. Use the << button to remove a test suite from the group.
Note: You can also use Ctrl + click, Ctrl + Shift, or Ctrl + A to select multiple test suites at one time to move over to the included column.
Once you are finished selecting the test suites you want to include in the group, click the Save button at the top of the frame.
