The Work Order Labor Charge Query frame allows you to search for and view labor charges on Work Orders for Units, Departments, or Components.
To run the query, you must enter at least one of the following: Unit Number, MCC, or Tech Spec. The other selection criteria are: Job Code, System Code, Location, Position Code, and a range of dates.
You can enter just one, all, or a combination of these filters. When finished entering your selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to run the query and display the results in the i-frame below.
The i-frame displays the Unit, Department or Component Number, the Work Order Number, the Location, Job Code, Employee Number, Name, Hours, Cost, Start Date/Time, and Position for each record that matches the selection criteria.
You can double click on any record to bring up Work Order Main and view the Work Order for the specific labor charges.
