Work Request Incident Query

The Work Request Incident Query allows you to search for and view details related to Work Request Incidents. You can filter on a variety of selection criteria including: Unit/Department/Component Number, Using Department, Owning Department, MCC, Tech Spec, Parking Location, Maintenance Location, Report By, Incident No., Current Location, and an Incident Open Date Range.

 

To run the query enter your selection criteria; you can filter on just one value or a combination of values. When you are finished entering you data, click the 'Retrieve' button to run the query.

 

The results will display on the i-frame below. The Incident No. is a hyperlink that will open the details for the incident on the Work Request Incident frame. If the incident is associated with a Work Request or Work Order, those numbers are also hyperlinks that will open those respective frames.

 

To run a new query, click the 'Clear' button to clear the results and filter data. Repeat the steps above with new data to run a new query.
