Motor Pool Availability

The Motor Pool Availability frame is a query frame that allows you to view unit availability information on a class by class basis for a given Motor Pool Location.

To run the query, you can enter a range of dates for the Pickup and Return times, a Motor Pool Rental Class (optional), and a valid Motor Pool Location from Location Main.

When you are finished entering you criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to run the query. The results will display in list form below.

Each section will list the Rental Class Code with the Total Vehicles, Required Vehicles, Available Vehicles, Overbooked (Y/N), and any assigned units. Below the rental class availability information, the system will display the Units within that class that are available for assignment.

This frame is purely informational as you cannot make or modify reservations from this frame. See also, Motor Pool Reservation and/or Motor Pool Manager for more information on making or changing a reservation.
