The Motor Pool Query screen provides the ability to easily query motor pool tickets in the system using specific filters. The screen allows you to filter on a variety of selection criteria including: MP Ticket No., Rental Class, Status, Unit, Reserved For, Request Dept, Request By, Reference Number, as well as pick up and return information.
To run a query, enter your selection criteria and click the 'Retrieve' button to display the results on the i-frame below. Each record that matches your criteria will display the MP Ticket (hyperlink to view the ticket), Status, Rental Class, Resv. for Employee, Requested By, Request Dept, Est. Pickup/Return Locations, Est. Pickup/Return Dates, Actual Pickup/Return info, Total Cost, Reference Number, and any notes.
To run a new query with different criteria, click the 'Clear' button to remove previous filters. Then repeat the same process as above while adding new criteria before clicking the 'Retrieve' button to display new results.
NOTE: To view a list of System Flags and Role Privileges that may impact this screen, hover over the screen title in M5 to display the bubble help/tooltip. At the bottom of the bubble help/tool tip, there is a Settings hyperlink. Click that hyperlink to display the list of flags and privileges.
