The Motor Pool Reservation Assignment frame allows you to assign valid Motor Pool Units to existing Motor Pool Reservations.
To view existing/open reservations at a Motor Pool location, enter the Pickup Location or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV). After pressing tab or enter the list of reservations will display on the Open Reservations i-frame below.
To view requestor detail for a reservation, click in the row of the record you want to view. The details will load in read-only format in the Requester Detail section.
To assign a unit to an open reservation, enter a valid unit number in the Unit field or double click in the field to select an available unit from the LOV. The unit must be a valid unit at the motor pool location.
