This screen allows you to manage and update unit licenses that are not from the DMV. You can filter on Billing Moth and Year as well as Unit Number. To display results, click the Retrieve button once you have entered your criteria.
You can edit the FEE field, the Ok-To-Pay check box, and the Notes field for any rows returned. You also have the ability to add a unit using the last empty row on the i-frame.
A unit can be added to the bill_year_month at any time until any unit’s sent_dt is not null or the unit is already associated to the bill_year_month in the License not from DMV frame (i.e.: The unit cannot appear more than once on the License not From DMV frame for the same bill_year_month). You can modify the same fields mentioned above for the added unit record.
Only units added via this manual method can be deleted from this frame.
