The Traffic Area frame allows you to create and maintain the information for designated traffic areas to be used as part of the Operation Centre data records.
To view or modify an existing traffic area, enter or select the name in the Traffic Area field and press tab. You can modify all the fields in white which are all the Traffic Office items (for example, Address or Phone). Select SAVE when you are done.
To create a new Traffic Area, enter a new name, up to 25 characters, letters and numbers and press tab. You will be prompted to verify the new area. Next enter the Traffic Office name, up to 20 characters, letters and numbers. Complete the Address, Post Code, Phone, and Fax fields. Select SAVE when you are done.
NOTE: To view a list of System Flags and Role Privileges that may impact this screen, hover over the screen title in M5 to display the bubble help/tooltip. At the bottom of the bubble help/tool tip, there is a Settings hyperlink. Click that hyperlink to display the list of flags and privileges.
