The Violation Code Maintenance frame allows you to create a list of Violation Codes that can be used on the License Setup (oLicense) frame to record Violations associated with a specific oLicense.
Columns available are:
Code - The code to be used. Max length = 6 characters.
Description - Description associated with the violation code. Max length = 30 characters.
Create
To create a new code, enter a CODE value (6 characters or less, must be unique).
Enter a Description value (30 Characters or less).
Click the SAVE button.
Modify
The only value that can be modified is the Description.
Users can click on the Description field and modify as necessary.
When complete, click the SAVE button.
