Non-Stock Part Promotion

The Inventory Non-Stock Part Promotion Report is a listing by part number and inventory location showing the part usage for a selected date range. It includes vendor, unit and price information and transaction details.

In the Report Prompts area select your currency. Select the From and To Dates and Total Usage. In the filters area enable any fields you would like to use for filtering the data to be included on the report. Note that selecting a field for a filter does not cause that field to appear on the report. It becomes a search filter only to qualify which records are included. The fields that appear on the report are shown below. To save your parameters for repeated use enter a Parameter File Name under the report title and click on Save Parameters.

Click on Schedule to run your report. Select your Run Interval and any associated Dates and Times. Next define your Output Destination options, save them if desired and click on Schedule. A Report Schedule Confirmation screen will appear with the Job Number Id and other output information. Proceed to the Report Bin to retrieve and view the report when it's completed.
