The Interface Reject Manager frame allows you to view, edit, and resubmit the errors encountered during the execution of a particular interface.
Displays the Stat ID, Run Date, Total Processed, Pass, Fail, Successful Reprocess, and Elapsed Time in Hrs. performance results.
Displays the Enabled checkbox, Field, Operator, Value, and High Value fields when available with the interface you selected.
The fields available for you to edit and resubmit vary based on the interface selected. You can hover over the Error Msg No field to view the error reason (for example, Tech Spec is greater than 30 characters).
The Commercial Fuel Template interface accepts and uses an employee number in Commercial Fuel transactions. These transactions require an employee number based on the settings of System Flag 5077 or Fuel Setup. Within the Interface Rejects i-frame, the Employee No. field allows you to enter an employee value or select from the Employee List.
Test Suites and Test Suite Failure Notes
The Note Req and Fail Note Req indicator within the Interface Rejects i-frame indicates if the value is:
Send Fail Notification
The Send Fail Notification indicator controls when the WR CREATED FROM TEST SUITE FAILURE notification is sent from Notification Manager. You can set this variable within the Interface Rejects i-frame when loading new Test Suite data.
Within the Interface Rejects i-frame, the Telematic Data Source, Protocol, Data Science Provider, and Data Group fields appear.
You can enter a value in:
2010 - Validate User/Operator as a valid Employee ID - Validate User/Operator as a valid employee? This flag requires that a operator of a unit be designated as such in the Employee Main frame of M5. The default for this is "N".
5077 - Employee Required Flag (Y/N/Blank) - Is employee required on the Product Issue Inventory screen? Valid values are: Y - Employee is required, N - Employee is not require (unless set to required for the unit/dept on Product Setup Unit/Department), Blank - Check the Employee Required Flag (Set on Product Setup Unit or Product Setup Department)
5249 - Use Validated Email Addresses and Email Group Only (Y/N)? - If this flag is Y, only email addresses created in the EMAIL ADDRESS MAINTENANCE frame OR an Email Group can be used. Otherwise, any email address can be entered within the application, but Email Groups will not function.
NOTE: When this flag and 5410 = Y, if the entered value is an email address (without the domain) AND corresponds to an email group, we will use the Email GROUP, not the singular email address.
WARNING: If you are using LDAP authentication setting this flag to Y will prevent you from logging on to the system if your email address has not been entered into the EMAIL ADDRESS MAINTENANCE frame.
5410 - Append Default Email Domain to email addresses? (Y/N) - If the value is set to "Y", the default email domain will be appended to email addresses within text fields. The default value is Y.
EDIT METER 1 - Authority to update Meter 1.
EDIT METER 2 - Authority to update Meter 2.
CE MAIL EXTERNAL - Allows Crystal Reports to be emailed to internal and external domains.
