System User Query

The System User Query frame automatically displays all the application users logged into M5 and the last screen they accessed. It shows all M5 users currently logged in. It is not Company specific.

NOTE: If '?' appears in the User column, it means someone went to the login screen and never logged on.

Multiple rows for the same user means they are logged on multiple times. It is possible they never closed the previous session. This can occur if the browser crashes or they power off the machine without logging out normally.

To disconnect a user connection select the row and click the Delete button at the top of the frame. The selected row will turn red. Click 'Save' to terminate the connection.

You can also click the 'Reload' button at the bottom of the page to refresh the data on the Active Users i-frame.
