The Unit Downtime History frame displays a list of downtime events for a particular work order. For example the details of the work done and the length of time the unit was out of service.
This information is useful for analyzing operational and maintenance performance throughout the life of the unit.
To view a unit’s downtime history, enter the unit number in the Number field or double-click in the field to select a unit from the List of Values.
After you have entered or selected the unit number, press tab or enter. You will receive a Downtime LOV pop-up. Select one of the downtime entries from the List of Values to view the history information.
The Out of Service section will display the Start Date and End Date for the recorded downtime and the visit Reason and description.
Following the Out of Service section is a list of Unit Downtime Events. Each record will display the downtime history information in a read-only format.
WO – Work order number associated with the downtime event.
Job Code – Job code, if applicable, for the downtime event.
Event – Event type (for example, OPEN, WAITING, CANCEL, COMPLETE).
Job Status – Job status, such as WFA or DON, associated with the downtime event.
Start Date – Start date for the downtime event.
End Date – End date for the downtime event.
Hours – Downtime hours accrued between the start and end dates for the event.
