Employee Training Transcript

The Employee Training Transcript frame allows you to record course attended as well as courses to be attended in the future for individual employees in your fleet organization. These courses are first setup on the Employee Training Course Setup frame.

 

To view, modify, or add courses for an employee, enter an Employee ID or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV). It must be a valid Employee ID from Employee Main.

 

The list of Training Courses will display below the Employee Information section. To add a course, enter the course code in the Course field or double click to select one from the LOV.

 

 

You can also add attachments and notes to any course record on the employee's Training Course list.

 

To delete a course from an employee's transcript, click in the row of the course you want to delete to make it active. Click the Delete button (Red X) at the top of the frame. The selected row will turn red. Click the Save button at the top of the frame to delete the course from the list.
