The configuration of your Island Control Unit is specific to the interface installed on your system. When you install the Fuel Focus module, AssetWorks will assist you in setting up this frame. You should not make any changes unless being instructed to do so by the Fuel Focus support staff.
The ICU Setup is location-specific. The Location must be a valid fueling location in the application to view and edit ICU information.
ICU No - Enter an ICU number.
Status - Defaults to Enabled. From the dropdown select Disabled to disable the ICU.
Comm Type - Select IP or Phone from the dropdown.
IP Address / Phone Number - Enter an IP Address or Phone Number the ICU uses to communicate.
Downtime - Enter the downtime amount.
VR Enabled - Select Yes from the dropdown if M5 automatically pools the Veeder Root system.
VR Conn. Type - Enter COM4 for a serial connection or an IP Address for TCP/IP connections.
VR Polling Int. (Mins) - Enter the number of minutes for a Veeder Root reading.
VR Baseline Time - The ICU uses the baseline time plus the interval to determine when the VR polling occurs.
Disp Time - Number of seconds from when you enter the fuel card and receive authorization to start the hose.
Temp Stop - The number of seconds you can stop fueling and then start refueling without starting a new transaction.
Total Time - Number of seconds allowed from start to stop on a fueling transaction.
CC Enabled - Is the ICU credit card enabled? Enter 0 for No or 1 for Yes.
Health Check Int. (Mins) - Number of minutes to perform a health check.
Ignore Health Check - Select the checkbox to ignore a health check.
Station Type - Select Fixed or Mobile from the dropdown.
Display Size - Select 2x16 or 4x30 from the dropdown
Emergency Status - Select the checkbox to indicate an ICU emergency status.
EM Message - Free form field to enter an ICU emergency status message.
Hose No - Enter a valid hose number for the fueling location or select from the Fuel Hose Numbers for Location list.
Product Description - Fuel hose product description. Displays when you enter a valid hose number.
Status - Select Enabled or Disabled from the dropdown.
Channel - Position of the hose or pump wired to the ICU.
Hose Group - Grouping of the hoses. 0 - Hoses not grouped together, 1 - Authorizes other commodities when entering a hose number. For example, if you authorize unleaded gasoline and you want to dispense oil, ATF, and antifreeze based on the authorization, you set the grouping for the hoses or pumps to 1. You can do this for multiple lanes, when applicable.
CC Enabled - Is the hose or pump credit card enabled? Enter 0 - No, 1 - Yes.
Handle Type - A normal handle type is 0. Setting the type to 1 allows ICU to think the handle is always on (used for a commodity that does not have a handle).
Pulse Ratio - Ratio for the pulsar (for example, the number of pulses that equal one gallon). The average configuration is ten.
MPD Channel - Retail pump.
Indicates the relationship of the M5 Tanks to the Veeder Root Monitoring System.
VR Tank No - Veeder Root Tank Number.
M5 Tank No - Tank number from Product Setup Tanks.
You can enter the Event Type to display on the ICU Event Codes frame. In the Notify column you can enter an email address for notifications to be sent from Notification Manager.
You can enter an EM Class code or select from the ICU Emergency Mode Classes list.
2126 - Fuel Card Number to Use for Credit Card Fueling at an ICU - If client is using FuelFocus from AssetWorks, this is the fuel card number to use for credit card transactions at the ICU.
5103 - Display Work Request Messages on ICU? (Y/N) - If this flag is set to 'Y' then, based on system flags 5104 and 5105, Work Request messages will display on the ICU for real-time FuelFocus customers.
5104 - Display Work Requests Messages on ICU Based on Priority - This flag will determine which work requests to display on the ICU based on the work request priority. For example: If the value is "5" then only priority 5 work requests will be returned to the ICU. If the value is 5+ then any work request with a priority of 5 or greater will be returned to the ICU. If the value is 5- then any work request with a priority of 5 or less will be returned to the ICU. This flag will not work unless module flag 5103 is set to a value of "Y".
5105 - Display Work Request Messages on ICU Based on Due Date - This flag will determine which work requests to display on the ICU based on the work request due date. For example: If the value is "0" then all work requests that are due today or previous to today will be returned to the ICU. If the value is "2" then all work requests that are due 2 days from now or previous will be returned to the ICU. This flag will not work unless module flag 5103 is set to a value of "Y".
5122 - Send Zero Quantity Issues from ICU to M5? (Y/N) - If this flag is set to 'Y', ICU will send quantities issues of zero to M5.
5183 - How Should FuelFocus ICU Handle Facility Codes? (0,1,2) - "0": ignore facility codes at the ICU (this will allow unlimited number of facility codes); "1": validate at ICU only (default behavior); "2": include facility code in the card number sent to the FuelFocus web server. This means that facility code is part of the card number as entered in the Fleet system. For choices 0 and 2, no Facility codes should appear as other module flags.
5200 - Days to Deny Fuel on ICU for Overdue Work Requests - The value of this flag and the values of module flags 5201 and 5202 will deny fuel for overdue work requests on the ICU for real-time FuelFocus customers. A blank value will turn off the check for overdue work requests. Any numeric value that is zero or greater will denote a grace period that will allow for the authorization of fuel for overdue work requests.
5201 - Date used to deny fuel on ICU for overdue Work Requests? (E,D,L) - The value of this flag will use the work request earliest, due or latest date to deny fuel on the ICU for overdue work requests. This flag can be set to "E" (Earliest), "D" (Due) or "L" (Latest) date.
5202 - Deny fuel on ICU for overdue Work Requests based on Priority? - This flag will determine which work requests to deny on the ICU based on the work request priority. For example: If the value is "5" then only priority 5 work requests will be returned to the ICU. If the value is 5+ then any work request with a priority of 5 or greater will be returned to the ICU. If the value is 5- then any work request with a priority of 5 or less will be returned to the ICU. This flag will not work unless module flag 5200 is set.
5204 - Send leading zeros (card numbers) to FuelFocus from ICU? (Y/N) - Send leading zeros (card numbers) to FuelFocus from ICU.
5205 - FuelFocus ICU refresh times (max of 3 (HH24:MM)) - In the format of HH24:MM,HH24:MM,HH24:MM (13:00,15:00,20:00), set the times the ICU refreshes its white list.
5247 - How are invalid meter readings handled at a FuelFocus ICU? (Y/I) - When invalid meters are allowed at a FuelFocus ICU, a value of "Y" allows meter warnings to process. And a value of "I" allows any invalid meter to process, including bad meter size and rollovers. In either case, the unit meter is not updated and the bad meter flag is set on for this product issue.
5295 - Show Job Code In ICU PM Messages? (Y/N) - When this system flag is set to "Y" the ICU PM messages will display the job code. When this flag is set to "N" the ICU PM messages will display VEHICLE SVC DUE instead of the job code.
5392 - Only record faults from FuelFocus ICU/VDC when MIL is on? (Y/N) - Only record faults from FuelFocus ICU/VDC when MIL is on. (Y)/(N).
