The Job Visit Reason Multi-Language screen allows you to assign the appropriate language values to your existing Job Visit Reasons in M5. Depending on the value of your M5 Param (see Multi-Language Setup Overview) you will see one or two columns displayed to the right of the Description field. One for Spanish and one for French-Canadian.
To assign language values/translations to a code description, simply enter the word in Spanish or French Canada that you wish to display for the Visit Reason description. Once you are finished, click Save at the top of the screen.
Please note: The actual language used in M5 for the description will be determined by matching the language on the browser with one of the two languages specified in the ‘CODE_LOCALE_IDS’ M5 Parameter. If the browser language does not match either language, then the base description will be used.
