This screen is where you create and maintain the Operation Center Licenses. It displays details on the Traffic Area, Violations and Prohibitions of the center. The Traffic Area records should be created first for use here in the Operation Centers. Once created, the information is summarized on the License Display screen.
To view or modify an existing license, enter or select the number. The white fields may be modified. Required fields on the general tab are Traffic Area, Status, Type, and Date of Application. If entering Violations and Prohibitions, the Code, Date, No. of Offences and Unit Number fields are required.
To create a new license enter the new number, up to 24 characters, letters and numbers. Press tab. You will be asked to confirm the creation of a new license. Then enter or select the Traffic Area. The License No. Status will default to Applied with a Type of Standard (National). Select a Date of Application and click on save. The RAG Rating also defaults to None.
NOTE: To view a list of System Flags and Role Privileges that may impact this screen, hover over the screen title in M5 to display the bubble help/tooltip. At the bottom of the bubble help/tool tip, there is a Settings hyperlink. Click that hyperlink to display the list of flags and privileges.
