The Mass Warranty Cancellation frame is a query frame that gives you the ability to cancel multiple jobs flagged as 'warranty' at one time, rather than at the job level on the individual Work Order.
You can filter on a variety of criteria in the Selection Criteria section. You must enter at least one of the following values: Unit Numbers, MCC, Tech Spec, Location, or System Code. After entering your selection criteria, click the 'Retrieve' button to run the query.
The results will display on the i-frame below. To cancel a specific job, enter a valid Claim Cancellation Reason in the Cancel Reason field or double click in the field to select one from the list of values (LOV).
You also have the option to enter the same reason for all blank rows by entering a valid Claim Cancellation Reason in the 'Populate All Blank Cancel Reason Rows'. After a reason is selected, a popup message will appear. To set all the blank cancel reason values to the same reason, click the 'Proceed' button.
To run a new query, click the 'Clear' button to clear out the selection criteria. You can then enter new filters as necessary and then run a new query by following the same steps outlined above.
